❓ What does "refurbished" mean?

Refurbished means the device has been previously used, then professionally inspected, tested, repaired if needed, cleaned, factory reset, and prepared for resale. Our refurbished devices undergo a 72-point inspection and are indistinguishable from new in performance — just at a fraction of the price.

❓ What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B?

Grade A: Minimal to no signs of use. May have barely visible micro-scratches only visible under direct bright light. Cosmetically near-perfect.

Grade B: Light scratches visible under normal light. Small scuffs on edges possible. Functionally identical to Grade A — everything works 100%.

Both grades carry the same 12-month warranty and pass the exact same functional inspection.

❓ What is the battery health?

All our iPhones ship with a minimum battery health of 85%. Most units are in the 88–95% range. MacBook battery health and cycle count is verified and noted in the product description. If battery health falls below 80% within your 12-month warranty period, we'll replace the device.

❓ Are the devices unlocked?

Yes. All our iPhones are fully unlocked and work with any US carrier including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all MVNOs. MacBooks have no carrier locking. Every device has been factory reset and is iCloud/activation-lock free.

❓ Do the devices come in original Apple packaging?

No. Devices ship in our own protective packaging along with a USB-C or Lightning cable and your PristineTech warranty card. Power adapters are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

❓ How long does shipping take?

We ship within 1–2 business days. Most customers within the contiguous US receive their order within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

❓ Can I return the device if I change my mind?

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. The device must be in the same condition as received and factory reset. See our full Warranty & Returns page for details.

❓ Do refurbished devices support the latest iOS / macOS?

Yes. All our iPhones support the latest version of iOS available for their model. All our MacBooks support the latest compatible macOS version. Product listings always note the model so you can verify compatibility on Apple's website.

❓ Is buying refurbished safe?

Absolutely. Our 72-point inspection, grade transparency, 12-month warranty, and 30-day return policy exist specifically to give you complete confidence. We process every payment securely through Shopify's checkout. Your personal information is protected and never shared.
