12-Month Warranty

Every PristineTech device includes a full 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What Our Warranty Covers

  • Hardware defects and malfunctions
  • Battery failure (below 80% health within warranty period)
  • Screen defects that develop after purchase (not physical damage)
  • Camera, speaker, and microphone failures
  • Charging port and connectivity issues
  • Any functional failure not caused by physical damage or water exposure

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, bent frames, drops)
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use
  • Accessories (cables, adapters)

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at support@pristinetech.store with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
  3. If a replacement is needed, we ship a replacement device before you send yours back
  4. Return shipping is covered by PristineTech

30-Day Return Policy

Changed your mind? Not happy with your device? No problem.

Return Eligibility

  • Return request made within 30 days of delivery
  • Device in the same condition as received (no new physical damage)
  • Device is factory reset before return
  • All original accessories included (cable, warranty card)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. We cover return shipping for defective devices. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
