Every device is inspected across 72 checkpoints: screen quality, battery health, camera performance, Face ID / Touch ID, all buttons and ports, 5G/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and speaker and microphone clarity. Nothing ships unless it passes 100% of these checks.

Graded for Condition

After inspection, every device is graded cosmetically:

• Grade A: Minimal to no visible signs of use. May have barely visible micro-scratches under direct light only. Functionally flawless.
• Grade B: Light scratches visible under normal light. Small scuffs on edges possible. 100% functional — everything works perfectly.

Restored and Reset

Every device receives a complete factory reset. iPhones are fully wiped and activation-lock free. MacBooks receive a clean macOS installation. All personal data from previous owners is permanently erased — your device is truly yours from day one.
